Recipe: Serano ham canapé

Ingredients:-

  • 1 pack puff pastry
  • 6 slices serano ham

Method:-

  • Roll the pastry 5mm thick.
  • Cut the pastry into strip 20mm wide.
  • Lay strips of ham on top of the pastry.
  • Twist.
  • Bake at Gas Mark 6 until risen and golden.

Note:-

Chopped fresh rosemary leaves or chopped olives can also be added.
