Ingredients:-

  • 400 gm halved, peeled, boiled potato
  • 3 teaspoons of garlic butter, softened with a knife
  • 2 large spring onions. chopped
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch powdered black pepper
  • 2 peeled, finely chopped egg
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch powdered salt

Method:-

  • Mix potatoes, onions and eggs - add the boiled, peeled and halved potatoes to a large bowl and the garlic butter and when cooled crushed them lightly with a fork mixing the butter throughout. Now add spring onions, finely chopped eggs with mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in the same bowl. Carefully mix them well together.
  • Add spices - Sprinkle some salt and pepper in it and again mix it well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Cover the bowl with a lid and keep it chilled.
