Ingredients:-

  • 1 c. raw winter squash seeds
  • 1 olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Method:-

  • Heat oven to Gas Mark 2 or use bottom of a hotter oven.
  • Oil a baking tray.
  • Toss with oil and seasonings, then spread evenly in a baking tray, no more than one seed deep
  • Bake uncovered, stirring every 15 minutes for 40-50 minutes until seeds are dry but not yet browned. Store in airtight container for up to a month.
