Ingredients:-

  • ½ pound bacon cooked
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 pound bulk breakfast sausage
  • 1 raw egg
  • ¼ cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup shredded cheese

Method:-

  • Preheat oven to 165C
  • Chop 2 hard boiled eggs and ½ pound bacon into small pieces.
  • Put chopped eggs and bacon in a large bowl with 1 pound bulk breakfast sausage, 1 raw egg, ¼ cup old fashioned oats, and ½ cup shredded cheese. Mix until combined.
  • Roll about 1 Tablespoon of mixture into a small ball and place on rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the outside is golden.????????

Notes

  • For larger, ping-pong sized meatballs, bake for 35 minutes.
