Ingredients:-
- 1 pack puff pastry
- 6 slices serano ham
Method:-
- Roll the pastry 5mm thick.
- Cut the pastry into strip 20mm wide.
- Lay strips of ham on top of the pastry.
- Twist.
- Bake at Gas Mark 6 until risen and golden.
Note:-
Chopped fresh rosemary leaves or chopped olives can also be added.
