Ingredients:-

  • 4 Bell Pappers, de-seeded and roughly chopped
  • 12 Thai chillies, known as Bird's Eye or Piri-Piri chillies
  • 1 heaped teaspoon ginger paste
  • 2 heaped teaspoons chilli paste
  • 200g fresh small tomatoes
  • 430g jam sugar
  • 170g cider vinegar
  • 1 Flat teaspoon salt

Method:-

  • Put peppers, chillies ginger and garlic into food processor. Wizz until well chopped.
  • Add tomatoes and vinegar and wizz again.
  • Put in heavy bottomed pan with the sugar and boil for perhaps 45 minutes or more until a jam set is achieved.
