Ingredients:-
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 215 g chickpea flour, (gram flour) you’ll need extra flour for dusting
- 1.5 tbsp. olive oil
- a good pinch of sea salt or pink Himalayan (plus 1 tbsp. for boiling the pasta)
Method:-
- Put flour in food processor and add salt,
- Mix flour and drizzle in oil and beaten egg
- Should be a.crumb that is slightly grrasey when kneaded water together
- .Use straightaway
