Method:-
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly, then pat them dry.
Prick each potato several times with a fork to allow steam to escape and prevent bursting.
Rub each potato with a little oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 40 to 90 minutes, depending on the potato's size. Flip them halfway through baking for even cooking.
Check for doneness by piercing the thickest part with a knife or fork; it should go through with no resistance. The skin should be crisp and the inside soft.
Serve immediately, sliced open and topped as desired.
